Refund and Returns Policy
We follow a strict only exchange policy which excludes returns and or refunds. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. In case we receive an eligible product for an exchange, the same shall be processed within 7 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the product tags and labels intact.
To initiate an exchange the customer needs to:
Send an email to [email protected] with his reason for return along with proof of purchase. (Please attach pictures of the issues) If your reason is justified, we will arrange a pickup (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer). You will be notified about the pickup. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
