Refund policy
These terms apply only to purchases made directly from Organique (our website, WhatsApp, or official social channels). They do not apply to purchases made via third-party marketplaces or stockists.
Returns
Returns accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing video is mandatory from start to finish for all return requests.
Refunds are not provided; only store credit is issued.
Store credit value will be item price minus ₹150 return processing fee. If more than 1 product, ₹100 for each additional item.
Store credits issued within 5 working days of pickup, valid for 12 months.
Unidentified returns without proper details will be sent back to sender.
Exchanges
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if not available, store credit will be issued.
Items once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
Important Notes
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
Reverse pickup will be attempted once; if unsuccessful, customer must ship the product back at their own cost.
Accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bulk orders of more than five products are excluded from standard return and exchange policies.
Customized Orders
Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
One free fitting alteration is provided if needed.
Any second alteration will be charged at ₹300.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
