Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Delivery in Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Delivery in Non-Metro Cities: 5–8 business days
All orders are shipped through our courier partner DTDC. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link via SMS or email to track your shipment.
Shipping is free on all orders across India.
Customers are eligible for one free exchange per order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders require a partial confirmation payment of ₹200 at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.
Organique reserves the right to limit Cash on Delivery availability based on location, order value, and customer order history.
Organique also reserves the right to cancel Cash on Delivery (COD) orders if they appear high-risk based on delivery history or address verification.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned back to us (RTO – Return to Origin) due to the customer being unavailable, unreachable, or refusing delivery, the following policy will apply.

Prepaid Orders Returned to Us (RTO)

If a prepaid order is returned to us, the order can be reshipped after confirmation from the customer.
A ₹250 reshipping fee will be applicable to cover courier handling and shipping charges.

COD Orders Returned to Us (RTO)

If a Cash on Delivery order is returned to us, the order can only be resent after the full payment is completed online.
A ₹250 reshipping fee will also be applicable.
Once the payment is completed, the order will be converted to prepaid and dispatched again.

Multiple Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us a second time (Second RTO), the order will not be shipped again.
Customers will need to place a new prepaid order on the website if they wish to purchase the product again.

Order Verification

To ensure smooth delivery, Organique may perform manual verification for certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Customers may receive a call, WhatsApp message, or SMS from our team to confirm the order details before dispatch.
If the order cannot be verified or the customer is unreachable, Organique reserves the right to cancel the order.

Fraud & Misuse Prevention

Organique reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers who have a history of repeated RTO (Return to Origin), refused deliveries, or fraudulent order behaviour.
Such customers may be restricted to prepaid orders only for future purchases.

Delivery timelines may vary during high order volumes, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays that are outside our control.
