Organique operates an online store through which customers may browse and purchase our products.

Our website is hosted using the Shopify e-commerce platform.

We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by a genuine and obvious error where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable requirements.

7. TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

For domestic orders within India, applicable taxes will be charged or included as displayed at checkout or on your invoice, as applicable.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or international shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges required by customs authorities or other authorities in the destination country.

8. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the products selected by you.

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing:

Quantity and size, where applicable;
Delivery address;
Contact information;
Applicable shipping charges;
The total amount payable.

You should correct any errors before completing checkout.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable;
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
Payment cannot be authorised or processed;
The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
Delivery information cannot reasonably be verified;
We are unable to deliver to the provided address;
The order violates these Terms; or
Cancellation is otherwise reasonably necessary for operational, security, or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will process any refund due in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and applicable requirements.

9. PAYMENT

Payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment methods made available on our website.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

For international orders, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.

For eligible domestic Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable COD terms, including the ₹200 advance payment requirement, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order where payment cannot be successfully processed or where a transaction reasonably appears to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order will be considered accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the products, subject to the circumstances of the order.

We may need to verify certain orders before dispatch.

For COD orders, this may include reasonable verification of the customer's contact details or delivery address.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be reasonably verified or that appear to present a significant risk of fraud or unsuccessful delivery.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping arrangements, delivery timelines, tracking information, COD procedures, Return to Origin (RTO) procedures, international delivery, customs duties, and reshipment charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

This does not affect rights relating to delivery that cannot legally be excluded.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

Returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, defective products, cancellations, and international return arrangements are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
